Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable for orders above ₹499.

Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in non damaged condition.
How to Request a Refund:

Email us on curvycrafts15@gmail.com with your order ID and products with the reason for return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Orders can be cancelled until we accept it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for refunds.
